This building was formally two semi-detached houses, which had been converted to a nursing home and later became a low-income HMO.

The building went under some refurbishment, including the creation of an additional bathroom. It currently houses 8 tenants paying higher rents.

We have obtained planning permission to convert the existing building into luxury mixed accommodation of 2 x 3-bedroom flats and a high quality 8 bedroom HMO.

Funding is in place and the renovation work is due to start 2023. The intension is to retain the building and rent out. Expected GDV circa £1.1m
