This property has had a number of purposes in its life, including a hotel and nursing home. During the purchase process it became apparent the building had the wrong planning permission. We worked with the vendor to overcome this and eventually purchased the property after a period of 12 months.

Working with our professional team, the building was converted into 2 luxury HMO units (5 beds each) and 3 one-bedroom flats (total 16 residents).

The building has been retained and is rented out. GDV circa £1.4m
